Espace Pivot – Potential Development

Espace Pivot is a non-profit organization that promotes the social and professional development of its community. The organization is composed of two distinct divisions: the Carrefour jeunesse-emploi of Laporte and the Centre d’Intégration Jeunesse Adulte.

The Carrefour jeunesse-emploi of Laporte offers its services to young people aged between 16 and 35 living in LeMoyne, Greenfield Park or Saint-Lambert, regardless of their economic or social situation.

The Centre d’Intégration Jeunesse Adulte offers its services to adults over 35 years of age living in Longueuil, who are experiencing difficulties integrating into the job market, who are receiving employment assistance benefits, who have no income from public funds, and who are unemployed, in part-time employment, or in employment with uncertain status.

We provide free support to our French and English-speaking clients in a personalized manner adapted to their individual reality in order to develop their full professional potential and quality of life. Our services are mainly focused on job search, academic and professional orientation, project or business creation, and independence development.

Espace Pivot is one of the 91 employment centers that are members of the Alliance des centres-conseils en emploi, which helps more than 80,000 people find their dream career in Quebec each year. The organization is also a member of the Réseau des carrefours jeunesse-emploi du Québec, a Quebec-wide network that defends and promotes the interests of Carrefour jeunesse-emploi so that they can offer young people the maximum support and tools to help them build their future.

Through the initiatives of all of the Carrefour jeunesse-emploi, thousands of young people are supported each year in different areas of their lives such as academic development, job search, project development, and more.
