The organization provides accessible and adapted services in employability to improve the quality of life of its Community.
1983 : Creation of the Centre d’Intervention Jeunesse (CJI) for people aged 16 to 30: professional job search assistance services. Funded by the Ministry of Labour and Income Security and recognized as an external employment service (SEMO).
1991 : The CIJ changes its name to the Centre d’Intégration Jeunesse Adulte (CIJAd): assistance center for people aged 16 to 65 receiving income security.
1999 : Opening of Carrefour Jeunesse-Emploi de Laporte within the corporation: employability services as well as educational and vocational counselling. Helping people aged 16 to 35, regardless of their financial or social situation.
